Welcome to the webinar on e-Government Self-Assessment Tool for Cities

The webinar is to highlight the City e-Government Diagnostic and Solution (CeDS) toolkit, based on a partnership between the World Bank, the Seoul Metropolitan Government and WeGO. CeDS was developed and designed specifically for cities. Taking holistic factors beyond technology into account, it is a fast and user-friendly diagnostic tool for cities to self-assess the maturity level of their e-Government environment and fill any gaps in their city e-services in a cost-efficient manner.

WeGO has developed the CeDS toolkit online data platform which will be made available on the WeGO website  for WeGO members. The webinar will be led by Mr. Frederick Lim, WeGO IT Consultant, accompanied by a City Case Study presentation by WeGO member city, the Ulyanovsk Region, Russia, and will provide a comprehensive “how-to” guide to the CeDS toolkit.

The Ulyanovsk region will be presented by Mr. Andrew Klochkov, Deputy Director of Regional State Budgetary Institution "Electronic Ulyanovsk" which provides e-Governance in the Ulyanovsk region.
