The Ulyanovsk region is glad to invite all WeGO Members to the webinar organized in the framework of WeGO e-Government Training Program. This webinar aims to highlight such vital issues of e-Governance as Open Data and Open Government. The number of European experts will share their experience and disclose the secrets of maintaining a successful Open Government.
